NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), pronounced 'soup,' is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that supports federal acquisition of Information Technology, Communication, and Audio Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services.
SEWP VI is a multiple-award contract managed by the NASA SEWP Program Management Office.

How to request a quote
Define the requirement
Identify the agency's mission or program-level ITC/AV services requirement.
Follow the agency's acquisition process
Use the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool or other SEWP-directed process applicable to the requirement, following the agency's acquisition procedures.
Coordinate with Orgro
Contact Orgro for capability, scope, and quote-coordination questions.
Route orders through SEWP
Route resulting orders and subsequent order modifications through the NASA SEWP process as required.
Contacting Orgro does not replace the agency's acquisition procedures, Fair Opportunity, the applicable SEWP process, or required order routing.
Order modifications
Follow the ordering agency's procedures for changes to an existing order. Route subsequent order modifications through the NASA SEWP process as required, identifying the affected order and coordinating with the Orgro representative named on the quotation or order.
Customer assistance
Order support & post-delivery assistance
Installation, acceptance, basic and extended warranty, maintenance, technical support, software support, and other post-delivery terms vary by requirement. Applicable terms will be identified in Orgro's quotation, the resulting order, the statement of work, and any applicable provider or subcontractor terms.
Active orders, troubleshooting & escalation
- Contact the Orgro representative identified on the quotation or order.
- Provide the NASA SEWP Tracking Number or agency order number, customer agency, ordering contact, and a concise description of the issue.
