At Orgro, we're looking for a Systems Engineer to join a team supporting the Navy's AEGIS Program, one of the most advanced defense systems ever developed. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll become part of a team responsible for independently verifying and validating software and systems that support national defense initiatives.

• Put complex systems through rigorous testing and verification.
• Create test plans that clearly define success and identify potential risks.
• Analyze data and uncover meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with engineers, government stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Produce documentation that helps drive critical program decisions.
• Support product readiness efforts before systems move into operational environments.
• Contribute to projects that directly support the U.S. Navy and allied military partners.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of systems, software testing, verification, or validation experience.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with AEGIS Combat Systems.
• Naval radar systems experience.
• Flight-test or lab-test experience.
• Participation in engineering reviews such as SETRs.
• Experience working within government or defense programs.
